Montessori Training for Nannies, Au Pairs & Homeschooling Families

January Bundle Special: register for up to 3 people for just $1,997!

“The child is both a hope and a promise for mankind.”
— Maria Montessori

Practical Montessori education for calm, regulated, child-led care and learning at home Open Door Montessori offers a home-based Montessori training program for nannies, au pairs, and homeschooling parents caring for children ages 0–6.

This training is designed for homes—not Montessori classrooms—and invites parents and caregivers to learn together, where with shared understanding of child development you together can create daily routines to establish consistency for the child.

About the founder

“The greatest sign of success for a teacher is to be able to say: the children are now working as if I did not exist.”
— Maria Montessori

Zaure Vuk, MEd—known as Montessori Mama—is a Montessori educator, adult-learning facilitator, and former founder and director of a Montessori-inspired daycare center. With over a decade of experience working with families, caregivers, and early childhood professionals, her work bridges Montessori philosophy, child development, and real-life family systems.

Zaure created Open Door Montessori to make Montessori education accessible, practical, and deeply relational—supporting adults so children can thrive across home, caregiving, and learning environments.
